Business leaders should be able to identify the difference between leaders and managers. Remember, the gap between the promise in the marketing message and the product is an enormous gap.

In order to run a massive company, a leader must answer the following three simple questions:

1. Where have you been?
2. Why are you here?
3. Where are you going?

To have a massive business, you need to be willing to work hard. It would be best to analyze where you have been to determine why you are here to navigate where you are going.

It would be best if you gave up insignificant stuff that’s not supporting your dreams, and this should include toxic relationships. You must listen to your heart, believe in your goals, and trust yourself.

Therefore, making it come true is like a ball in your court; you have total control. Surround yourself with quality people who will help you reach the next level. It’s your dream; start living it.

Be Bold, Courageous, and Respectful when climbing to the next level. It will be hard work but worth every effort you invested. You will endure many challenges, but keep moving forward and remind yourself that the jaws of defeat will not defeat you. Have Faith and be Forbearing!
